When we approached Clair from Simon Howie and she first heard about our colourful potatoes she said

I was telling my husband and kids last night about them and they were super intrigued. What a cool product you have. It sounds great and v fun! Are you saying I can make blue and red chips!? EXCITING!!

Sausage, bacon and purple tattie soup! The kids thought they were magic!!

Our take on Zuppa Toscana! This absolutely delicious soup is full of flavour as you cook off bacon and sausage then add your choice of veg and greens – not forgetting the potatoes!

It was great fun working with Clair! The clocks had alreay gone forwards when I got this recipe, but we had a cold snap. I made this lovely winter warmer. I would never have thought to put sausages in a soup.
