🥔To change or cancel an order already placed

We aim for a quick turn-around and will try to fix any issues prior to dispatch.  If you have noticed a typo in your order or need to change your order before dispatch it is best to reply to the confirmation email - we look at these before we look at the general emails such as this.

🥔If your order is lost

Please reply to the confirmation note as that will give us the order details.

Please check when you asked for delivery before chasing your order - this is noted on your confirmation email. This can be changed if you want (up to the Thursday prior to when you originally asked for dispatch).

We do not dispatch when there is a frost across the UK. Frost kills tubers quickly. When we do have a break, we will have a backlog and we clear this in order.

Please wait 7 days after your dispatch email if your order has not been received before contacting us. We really can't do anything before then.

🥔If your order is damaged or is incorrect

Please reply to the confirmation note as that will give us the order details.  Please attach some pictures so we can assess the issue.  You can't attach pictures to this contact form and so it will save time.

🥔To see prices:

If you go to the variety, a drop-down menu gives prices for different pack sizes. We have all the discounts built in and our prices include delivery.  The discount box comes up when you press the different pack sizes.  A tonne is 40 sacks of 25kg.

🥔To get a quote or invoice:

Please put the order into the system and state that you will pay by BACS or cheque.  This brings the order live. You will then get a confirmation email with an invoice attached on our headed paper.  If you would like to continue, you can pay by any method - just let us know (ie you can still pay by credit card if you stated that you would pay by BACS).  We do not dispatch without full payment.

If you decide that you do not want to go ahead with the order, it would be helpful to let us know and we will cancel it and not issue any reminders.

Our prices include UK delivery (except to Northern Ireland) and we can deliver at any point in the spring.

🥔Note: A proforma invoice/quote is an estimate. Our prices for this year are non negotiable and are what is on our web. The price on the invoice is final and we don't issue any proforma invoices. Discounts are already built in and prices include delivery.

🥔DELIVERY INFORMATION - seed potatoes

SPRING:  We aim to dispatch within 2 days and then delivery will take 3-4 days.  Our prices include UK delivery (not NI) and we will deliver at any point in the spring at no extra cost.

SUMMER Late season potatoes: We dispatch twice a week in the summer.

We deliver to the Channel Islands but are prohibited to deliver to EU or Northern Ireland due to Brexit. See our blog for more information.

We don't deliver to USA, Canada or anywhere else due to import laws.

🥔AVAILABILITY

If you are wondering if we have a certain variety there is a search bar at the top of every page.

Most varieties of Seed Potatoes come in 4 different net sizes: 6 tuber, 1kg, 10 kg and 25kg.  Some of our rarer varieties are only in small nets. We buy in some varieties pre-packed and few of these are sold in 5 tuber nets. This is clearly marked on the variety.

If a variety has the label "coming soon" or "wish list " we hope to have it soon - please go on the stock alert found on each variety.  If a variety says "unavailable 202X-2X" it means just that. There will be an alternative on the product page.  If a net size has sold out, we will be rebagging soon (if we still have some). This is weather dependant - frost free.

If a product has DELAY TO REBAG on it, it means that we need to check stock and re-bag if we still have some left.  This is not a guarantee that we do have more in stock.  We have to check. In some circumstances a variety can go back on for sale - it will depend on the final bagging up for customers over the next few weeks. If you go on the stock alert you will be notified either later in this season, or for next season.

If a product has SOLD OUT, it really does mean sold out for the season. Please go on the stock alert for the following year and we will let you know when we have it for sale again.
